NoteToTeach ("NoteToTeach", "we", "us", or "our") provides a notebook, lesson-note, participant, and appointment management application for professional instructors and other users.

When you create and use a NoteToTeach account, we may collect information needed to provide the service, including:

• Notebooks and other information you create in the application.

3. Subscription Purchases

NoteToTeach offers subscription plans. Purchases made through the iOS application are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not receive your full payment-card information from Apple.

Apple may process purchase and subscription information according to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.

4. User Content

Information that you enter into notebooks, notes, participant records, appointments, and other areas of NoteToTeach is treated as your user content. We use this information to provide the features of the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter about other people is collected and used lawfully.

5. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your NoteToTeach account through the account deletion functionality provided in the application.

When an account is deleted, associated account data and user-created content are deleted in accordance with our applicable data-retention procedures, except where information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, accounting, or other lawful purposes.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be disclosed when necessary to provide the service, process transactions, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of NoteToTeach, our users, or others.

8. Children's Privacy

NoteToTeach is intended for professional and general users and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
